If there is a difference, adjust the open limit bolt on the actuator to ensure that the valve Fully open, otherwise, once the valve is installed, it is impossible to judge whether the carbon steel ball valve is in the fully open position.
(1) When the valve shaft (rod) is being greased, the sealing pressure in the valve shaft (rod) shall not exceed 20.68MPa. Once it exceeds, check whether the grease gun is faulty and whether the outlet valve at the grease outlet of the grease gun is open.
(2) If there is no fault with the grease injection gun for the pneumatic actuated ball valve, check whether the grease injection nozzle is blocked, that is, slowly unscrew the grease injection nozzle, install it at the grease outlet of the grease injection gun, and observe the grease injection by injecting grease into the grease injection nozzle. Whether the nozzle can be greased, if there is no grease, it indicates that the one-way valve in the grease injection nozzle is faulty, and the grease injection nozzle should be replaced. If the grease injection nozzle can produce grease, check the one-way valve located in the grease injection hole downstream of the grease injection nozzle (generally, the one-way valve is installed in the grease injection hole of the valve imported from abroad pneumatic ball valve manufacturers), and use a special tool to unscrew it for inspection. If there are blockages such as raw material belts to be removed, those belonging to serious faults should be replaced. If it is still unable to inject grease, it should be reported to professional engineers and on-site supervision, and the factory will solve it on site.
After the valve is greased, sometimes the valve seat seal grease injection pipeline is blocked, resulting in uneven or no grease output from the valve seat grease injection hole of the pneumatic ball valve. At this time, the valve can be closed from the fully open state for 15°~25 After °, observe the grease outlet hole of the valve seat, and use a soft tool to gently dredge it, and then observe the grease injection. Special attention should be paid to the fact that grease cannot be injected during the rotation of the valve ball, so as not to damage the seat seal. Under normal circumstances, the grease output of 4 grease injection nozzles on each side of the valve seat is relatively uniform, and the grease output of 2 grease injection nozzles is relatively uneven.
